Using top of the line measuring fat caliper measuring tool in a combination with body weight and body part circumferences tracking we can effectively track your body fat and lean muscle mass more precisely. This service comes with two options.

  1. Numbers only: Best for competitors in bodybuilding and fitness shows. These measurements sessions only take 15 minutes where we only do your measurements and you track the numbers in your own app, or notes. This is a good option if you are working with a different coach but would like a more accurate and quick tracking of your body fat.
  2. Numbers and Consultation: This is best if you have need for some guidance to further improve your results or need some help staying on track. In addition to taking your measurements we take some time to do an habitual consultation and talk about your results and how you can keep progress moving and avoid mistakes in your everyday routines for maximum success. 30 min sessions.

You decide yourself how often you would like to do the measurements. The clients who do measurements more frequently have the best success rates due to the increased rate of accountability.

This service is free when purchasing Personal training session packages for over 10 sessions or one of the Athlete membership packages.
