Online coaching suited to your needs!
If you don't live in LA and don't have the opportunity to visit the Mekka, Venice and Santa Monica on a regular basis you can still use our coaching expertise through our online coaching service. For online coaching we offer three different packages: Athlete On-season, Athlete Off-season, and LifeStyle. Read more about them here:
Athlete On-Season
Online and On-season! On-season athletes have weekly online check-ins. You take pictures in your poses, video your posing routine, take tape measurements, weigh yourself and send to us by email weekly. You then receive feedback and diet alterations as needed.
Depending on how lean your starting point is and how far from the show you are, this will determine when on-season starts. Usually 2-3 months before the show.
As a Godbody /GoddessBody athlete you also receive these benefits via online communication:
- Guidance in which category to compete in.
- Guidance in which shows to choose.
- Help with finding competitions wear (trunks /bikinis /suits /shoes).
- Supplement guidance
- Peak week Specialty diet & training program
- Peak week check list ( diet brain)
Athlete Off-Season
Online and Off-season! Off-season athletes have monthly online check-ins. You take pictures in your poses, video your posing routine, take tape measurements, weigh yourself and send to us by email weekly. You then receive feedback and diet alterations as needed.
Off-season length depends on what your goal is and how much muscle you need to gain/ how much fat you need to loose to begin show prep.

LifeStyle Coaching
Change your life online! The lifestyle online coaching service is designed to help you find your path to the best version of you and stay there. We apply the same strategies and tools for muscle building and fat loss that we use in bodybuilding with a more versatile and flexible approach to the food and training regiment. We then customize it to suit your food preferences, schedule and goals.
Check-ins are every other week as the most successful clients are the ones with the highest level of accountability.
For check-ins you will send in pictures of yourself in your underwear or shorts (and sports top) along with your weight and tape measurements.
This services is designed to chance your lifestyle and help you find balance and confidence in what you eat, how you train and most importantly how you look and feel. THIS IS NOT A QUICK FIX.
