This training program takes you from exercises at home to a full in gym training program. It requires some equipment at home, but shows you just how far you can get with a few pieces of equipment and just how many different exercises you can do with just dumbbells. It focuses on building muscles in upper body and some in the legs as well while lowering body fat. The program consists of three parts:

  1. Part 1:Only at home exercises. Exercises you can do at home with a small amount of equipment such as  dumbbells, resistance bands, furniture or even water gallons or other family members.
  2. part 2: Partly at home sessions, partly gym sessions. This part has some sessions for home exercises and some exercises for a gym. Also if you have some gym equipment at home already this can be a suiteble part for you.
  3. Part 3:This part consist of a more advanced split and sessions for full gym equipment.

It also provides you with flexibility to workout at home or while traveling when quarantine restrictions prevents you with a consistent gym access.
